These terms cover your use of the Flow websites (flowking.life, flowos.world, noahnuru.com, flowspace.world and flowvault.shop), the Free Bottleneck Check, applications and waitlists. The sites are run by Noah Nuru (“Flow”, “we”). By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@noahnuru.com.
Who can use the sites
You must be 18 or older to use the Flow websites, take the Free Bottleneck Check, apply or join a waitlist.
The Free Bottleneck Check
The check is an automated, AI-generated diagnosis based only on your answers. It is general information to help you think, not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. It can be wrong. You decide what to do with it.
Applications
Applying is free and doesn’t create an agreement or reserve a place. If there’s a fit, any work is set out in a written scope that you accept before anything starts or is charged.
Waitlists and prices
Joining a waitlist doesn’t reserve a place, and you aren’t charged. Nothing is for sale on these sites today. When an offer opens, the price shown with it applies unless we tell you otherwise before you buy. Paid offers open one at a time, with their scope, timing and terms shown before checkout. Refunds follow our refund policy.
No guaranteed results
We don’t promise revenue, savings or any specific outcome. Customer results are still being validated. Where we work with you, we set a baseline so you can see what changed.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit. You allow us to store and process it to provide what you asked for, as described in our privacy notice. Please don’t submit anything you don’t have the right to share, or passwords, customer records or other sensitive details.
Our content
The sites, the Flow method materials, names and designs belong to Flow. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Please don’t copy or resell our materials.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the sites: no attempts to break security, overload the service, scrape it at scale, or submit false or harmful content.
Liability
The sites and the Free Bottleneck Check are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.
