Information you choose to provide
Depending on what you do, you may provide an email address, name, service inquiry, waitlist preference, purchase details, or community account information. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential business information through a general website form.
Information collected during a visit
The site may receive ordinary technical information such as the page viewed, referring source, approximate device or browser details, IP address, and interaction events. PostHog is currently included for site analytics, and Plausible may also be enabled through site configuration. These services may use cookies or similar technology according to their own settings and policies.
How information is used
- Provide the newsletter, waitlist, product, community, or service you requested.
- Respond to applications, questions, support, and delivery issues.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site and its funnels.
- Measure aggregate reach, signups, and conversion events.
- Meet legal obligations and prevent misuse or fraud.
Service providers and disclosures
FlowKing uses service providers to run parts of the site. Depending on configuration and the action you take, those providers may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for data storage and authentication, PostHog or Plausible for analytics, Beehiiv or ConvertKit for newsletter delivery, Resend for transactional email, Stripe for checkout, and Discord for community access.
Information is shared with those providers only as needed to deliver their function. FlowKing does not currently sell or rent personal information for money. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Stripe. FlowKing does not ask you to enter a full card number into a FlowKing form and does not receive the full card number from Stripe. Stripe handles payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
Information is kept only while it is reasonably needed for the purpose described here, to maintain required transaction or business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention may differ by record and provider. FlowKing uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe option in an email. You can also ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request by emailing hello@flowking.life. A request may need to be verified, and some records may need to be retained where permitted or required.
Children and international use
The site is not directed to children under 13, and FlowKing does not knowingly ask them for personal information. Site providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their laws may differ from those where you live.
