Refunds

Nothing is for sale on the Flow websites today. This policy applies to paid offers when they open, and the terms shown at checkout will match it.

Digital downloads

Downloads such as the Foundations Bundle can be refunded within 14 days of delivery.

Services

Services such as the Paid Flow Audit and implementation can be fully refunded before work begins. After work begins, any prepaid work not yet performed is handled as set out in the scope you signed.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions such as Flow Collective can be cancelled at any time before they renew. You won’t be charged for the next period.

No revenue guarantees

We don’t guarantee revenue, savings or specific results. Refunds follow the rules above, not outcomes.

How to ask

Email hello@noahnuru.com from the address you used to buy, with what you bought. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
