FLOW / REFUNDS

Refunds

Last updated 4 October 2026

Nothing is for sale on the Flow websites today. This policy applies to paid offers when they open, and the terms shown at checkout will match it.

Digital downloads

Downloads such as the Foundations Bundle can be refunded within 14 days of delivery.

Services

Services such as the Flow Audit and implementation can be fully refunded before work begins. After work begins, any prepaid work not yet performed is handled as set out in the scope you signed.

Subscriptions

Enrollment is not open. Billing terms are confirmed before anyone is asked to pay. Where a subscription is later agreed, it can be cancelled before renewal so the next period is not charged.

No revenue guarantees

We don’t guarantee revenue, savings or specific results. Refunds follow the rules above, not outcomes.

How to ask
